Superb food, superb selection of drinks and friendly atmosphere.
I had a lovely meal there. My family and I have been to the Lurcher many times over the years and although it has changed ownership several times it has remained a very friendly local pub. The current chef is excellent

Seven of us went in yesterday and all had a delicious lunch. Fantastic food and lovely atmosphere. We would recommend The Lurcher to everyone.
Stopped here for a quick drink while walking the dog's. Staff we're very friendly and helpful, as for the landlord and landlady they are lovely, so friendly and welcoming. They made a fuss of the dog's and took timeout from sorting the gardens to have a chat with us. Decided that we'll have a bite to eat next time we visit. Great place.
