They never answer the phone and when they do I have never been spoken to more rudely in my life and then laughed at when I have a dental emergency but am no longer on there records because they haven't had a dentist in over a year and I haven't been to the practice in 2 years so I'm taken off. No sympathy what so ever just laughed at and spoken rude in extremely poor English, they need to seriously look at there staff!!! A formal complaint will be made.
Please be aware that there is currently a problem at this dental surgery in the fact that they don't have a permanent dentist. They are trying to find a resident dentist and I working part-time to go through emergency appointments etc. If you are registered there you will still be registered however it is worth checking when you get the chance. They're not sending out appointment for check ups only taking booking for people who have telephone. However that being said I have never had a bad experience here and I am frightened to death of dentists. I won't be changing just yet regardless of any issues they are having
I have just visited this dentist as an emergency patient.. The receptionist was delightful, very pleasant and helpful, (so nice NOT to see a mobile phone at her side too)I get really anxious about dentists, but I would like to say how calming and gental the dentist was...his manner reminded me of my dentist from years past, who i felt so at ease with.Unfortunately they are not taking on any more patients!Shame the practice can't do my dental extraction.Thank you for seeing me today!!
No one ever answer the phone in the morning, being asian Iv had their staff talk down to me as if I was sub human! I am an NHS patent with a lot of health issues I asked for none murcury fillings was quoted 91 pounds for each one I need 3. Iv recently moved to blidworth and changed dentist too, rung my old dentist and explains was offered filling for 51 pound and free gold ones. Also Iv had my teeth cleaned at this place I had no issues with my teeth before going to this place and now all my teeth are hurting and have started to wobble
The male dentist is pleasant, obliging and takes into account peoples nervousness. However, the false teeth are always disappointing. The last few years I've had 3 different false teeth, and not one as been comfortable to wear, or fit in with my natural teeth properly. My husband uses a Mansfield dentist and his fit is perfect.Star rating difficult ..dentist would get 4 teeth 0 ....
