Good caring doctors who listen I would highly recommend
My wife and I have been patients with the surgery for 2 years now and we cannot fault the service and treatment weve received in this time. All the doctors are great, very caring and compassionate. The triage system is fantastic. It works. You get to speak to the doctor in a couple of hours and if needed they will see you straight away. I would honestly recommend Rainworth surgery without any hesitation. Thank you to all the staff.
Do not use. Absolutely disgusting service. You only get noticed at this surgery if its a matter of life and death. I have just attended an appointment that THEY made for my little girl and was made to wait an hour for my apppintment just to be told sorry there has been emergencys. Hello I get that but what is wrong with keeping your patients in the know how. If the doc advised me of this when making an appointment then I could have understood. My 8 year old girl was starving and I didnt have a clue how much longer we had to wait. Upon seeing the doctor I mentioned if they could let there patients know there could be a long wait and she went crazy, I said well if thats what customer service is then I will find another Doctors and her answer was well get on your feet and walk then!!! How rude to treat your patients no courtesy or politeness what so ever. By the way the doctors name is Dr Wilkins do not ask to see her she is very rude and I have made a formal complaint. If I could have given the review a zero I would have done!
No issues. Call up ask to speak to a Doctor. You will get a call back within a couple of hours and he/she will make an appointment for you if required which is normally the same day.
Had to wait 3 weeks just to get a appointment for bad chest pain, at appointment the doctor said nothing was wrong. 2 days after seeing the doctor is was in hospital and was off sick from work and college for nearly 2 weeks with severe chest pain and bad interior and exterior muscular damage in my chest.
