Good old fashioned customer service. You don't buy a car from this place you buy a full package experience. I popped in whilst passing explained my situation to Andy Taylor and from the first minute he listened and adviced the best option. Nothing is too much trouble and I mean nothing this garage goes above and beyond. Andy's lifetime in the trade means he really is the best person to source or sell you a car. From deal to valet the buying experience was perfect. I know of no other dealer that tells you to take the car for the afternoon and then decide. 10/10. I will never buy another car without consulting Andy.
Great Customer Service! great cars! and always had a good deal! I have had many cars from TMG (Taylor Motor Group), including one for my daughter and another change for me this year and despite living nearly 200 miles away I always go back, I have tried local to me on the Isle of Wight but can't get a competitive or comparative deal. I have collected cars and even had them delivered to me without actually seeing it until it arrived. Great Company, great staff!
